Get client software and subscription details through the user panel. Software or connection configurations from other sources are not part of the service.
Subscriptions provide network connectivity and do not include memberships, content licenses, or account eligibility for third-party websites. Access to third-party services remains subject to their regional rules, account status, and network conditions. Coverage does not mean every route is always available; check the user panel for current route information.
Account and Subscription Terms
No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription information secure, and take responsibility for activity on your account. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password and submit a support ticket to prevent further sharing of subscription details.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time for the account holder’s personal use on their own devices. This does not permit sharing an account with others, publicly distributing subscription details, or reselling the service. Providing connections to other users through commercial distribution, resale, or shared credentials is prohibited.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Prices and data allowances for each billing option are shown on the Packages page and at checkout. Check the plan type and amount before confirming your order.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any region relevant to their activities, as well as the terms of use of the websites they access. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including fraud, privacy violations, distributing illegal content, intellectual property infringement, or unauthorized access to another person’s systems.
Do not use international routes to send spam, launch network attacks, disrupt other users’ connections, or abuse resources. Users are responsible for the content they choose to access and the actions they take. Network acceleration does not replace third-party authorization or change users’ legal obligations.
Availability and Limits of Liability
Connection performance depends on local networks, carrier links, destination services, device settings, and route maintenance. The service does not guarantee a fixed speed, a fixed latency, or continuous access to any particular website. Route changes and maintenance may briefly interrupt connections. Check notices in the panel, switch routes, or report an issue through a support ticket.
Access issues caused by changes to third-party service policies, device failures, or force majeure should be handled according to the circumstances. Keep your own copies of important information, and do not rely on this service as the sole connection for critical business operations. Liability is determined by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be waived.
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Submit a request through a user panel support ticket. State that you would like a refund and provide the relevant order details so the payment can be verified. Browsing history and subscription keys are not required.
Accepted payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refund verification and processing updates are provided through the support ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the relevant payment channel; no fixed arrival time is promised under these terms. Once a refund is completed, the associated paid service benefits end. If there is a dispute about an order, users may continue the discussion through a support ticket.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If there is unlawful use, resale or sharing, a network attack, or another violation of these terms, the service may suspend connections or terminate account-related services based on the circumstances. Where account security is at risk, necessary restrictions may be applied before the situation is reviewed. Users who disagree with the outcome may explain the facts and request a review through a support ticket.
Revisions to these terms will be posted on this page, and the last-updated month at the beginning will be changed. Important changes affecting service benefits will be announced in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively remove benefits already obtained in accordance with the law. Review the latest version before continuing to use the service, or ask through a support ticket how the changes affect an existing subscription.
